On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Société Historique Beaurepaire-Beaconsfield Historical Society, I am delighted to extend an invitation to our Annual General Meeting, marking the significant occasion of our 50th anniversary.
Date: Saturday, June 13th, 2026
Start of AGM: 2:00 p.m.
Location: Herb Linder Annex, 303 Beaconsfield Boulevard, Beaconsfield, H9W 4A4 (Entrance at the west end of the City Hall parking lot)
Following the presentations and Q & A discussions, a selection of wines, cheeses and hors d’oeuvres will be offered. Non-alcoholic beverages, including tea and coffee, will also be provided. A commemorative 50th anniversary cake will be enjoyed by all attendees.

The membership fees are as follows:
• $5 for a resident of Beaconsfield
• $10 for a non-resident of Beaconsfield
Admission to each of our monthly lectures is complimentary for our members and $5 for non-members.
Please note that only SHBBHS members are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
